Hi..Switch model as far as I remember g300 10 Port.. imagine I have interface like tv connected by Ethernet cable to one of input ports..when switch is turned on all of my user work properly shortly after start the errands the port that belong to special my interface disconnected and led turn off as to solve this issue I have to turn off switch and turn on ... maybe I have emi(electrical magnetic interfere) on that port so switch for protection automatically port turn off.i don't know if switch g300 have this ability for protect
