Any idea what the procedure is to RMA an SD208 and SD216 switch? The linksys site redirects to Cisco, and then creating an RMA there results in the product not being found on the list. Help!

You will need to call the Cisco Small Business Support Center at 1.866.606.1866 and they will be able to assist you with an RMA.
