Hello. Trying to add SNMP support to the switch I attempted a FW upgrade. The process seemed to complete succesfully but after that I have been unable to access the web management.
I can access the web management login and introduce the username and password but after that it just freezes with a pop up stating "Processing data 70%"
I have tried reseting the switch to factory defaults by pressing the reset button for more than 10 seconds but although the pasword went back to the factory default value, I can't still access the web management (the exact same problem)
Is there any work-aroud to make sure EVERYTHING is set back to factory defaults?
