So, I just got a SF300 switch for our small business. I am trying to configure it but i am a little confused. I have set the switch to layer 3 mode and accessed it through the CLI. I have created a new VLAN and assigned it all 24 Fa ports, I left the 4 Gigabit ports and the pol 1-8 ports in VLAN 1. The switch is being assigned ip address via DHCP. Here is my confusion .... I'm not sure what ip address to assign the switch or the default gateway. Everything leaves our network through 192.168.0.30 im almost sure this is the default gateway I should select, but what IP address do i give VLAN 1 and 2 for the interfaces? My plan in the future is to have 4 Vlans. Can anyone help with the addressing scheme? My workstations and all other equipment are also assigned IP's via DHCP.
