i'm a beginner for Cisco Switches configuration, usually i'm doing a simple configuration for a small business use. now i have a Cisco Switches (SF350-24P), and i stucked with this Auto voice vlan thing. i tried my best to make the interface work on both vlan at the same time (voice & data for Pc), but it's not going fine. i tried all things, i tried to tag both vlans on the interface, and i tried to tag one of them (alternatively), but always the same result, when i'm connection the ip phone to the interface, only the auto voice vlan coming up, and the other vlan removed from the interface, when i'm checking (show running) on the interface, i'm seeing that, the data vlan removed.
so anybody can help for this?
maybe this is how the Auto-voice works?
maybe i shall configure another Voice vlan, than the (Auto one)?
or what is the issue here?
noting that, on the Macro the description coming (phone + desktop), but still it's same.
