SF500-48P PoE problem.

Dear Sirs.

My brand new SF500-48P switch seems to have problems while operating with PoE enabled. When I try to enable power on port #1, for example, the power is enabled on port #2, and so on. I tried resetting the device to factory defaults, as well as reflashing to the newest firmware version. The issue is still present. The serial number is DNI203705RR.

Please advise.

Dear Sergey.

I've performed a thorough testing of the unit. The half of ports works OK (ports 1-12, 25-36).

I've observed that the mapping of power is incorrect on the second half of ports (13-24, 37-48).

I attach a table with the description of issue. For example, when you enable power on port 13, it is enabled on port 16, when I enable power on port 24 it is enabled on port 21. See the attached table for the full list.

I use 1.4.7.5 firmware.

Please advise.
