Has anyone ran across this issue before? This SF500-24 loses the entire config and it has to be restored from the back up, the person that originally set up these switches is currently unavailable and I am trying to help restore the config, apparently this has happend enough the POC knows how to restore it. I would like to find the fix for this and prevent it from happening again.
