My company would like to purchase an SG100-16, but our security requirements require us to list the different memory sizes. I am trying to find out the common memory sizes for the SG100-16 primarily the NVRAM and RAM sizes. Is this something that is published?

This is the data sheet for all of Cisco's 100 series switches. This sheet has all of the technical specifications that Cisco has released for the device. The Ram is not included in it which leads me to believe that it is different for each device or that it is not released to the public. I did see on Newegg where they had listed one that had 2mb of RAM but when I went to the link, there was nothing there. I cannot say for sure if that is accurate or not.

Hello Richard,
According to the product team none of the 100 Series unmanaged switches has any standalone RAM and most do not have flash.
Thanks.
