Hi,
We go through multiple SG110D-08 and 05 switches each month and have been experiencing a ton of problems with them. Some of the issues we have experienced:
- Printers not working at all where no connectivity light turns on at the switch or printer. This applies to all range of printers from desktop HP to floor standing Kyocera and Toshiba
- Wire going to another SG110D only shows one light on and does not work. The light stays on even after unplugging the wire!
There are other posts on the forum about these switches. Any solution from Cisco?

Thanks for contacting Cisco support community center. I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused and delayed response.
According to your description, it seems that you are experiencing port issues (dead ports). The first workaround that I suggest is to use a different patchcord. If the issue persisted, you will need to replace the device with ports damage.
The Cisco 110 Series are unmanaged switches, there is not much workaround/troubleshooting that can be performed.
