Hello,
We got a POE switch SG200-10FP less than a year ago. As per the cisco website the warranty still valid. But I'm not able to find a way to open a ticket to the support.
The power supply for that switch went down today, it has a smell of burnt. I unplugged it, let it cool down. Plug it back, it works for 1 hour, stopped working again and now even when cooled down it is not working.
How can I get support on that in order to get at the end another power supply?
