hi

for switch software upgrade you can always check corresponding firmware release notes in order to find out this kind of information. in your case you can upgrade directly to latest version as there is no specific prerequisite. 

in release notes you can see changes between firmware versions and see if some of them could be related to SNMP MIB or not. But anyway you can check if new MIB is available for download in corresponding download section for your device.
