SG200-50P fan problem (not operational)

Hello,

We have problem with 2 FAN’s on our Cisco SG200-50P 50-Port Gigabit PoE Smart Switch (FW version: 1.3.5.58, Boot version: 1.0.0.1).

On View Log -> Flash Memory we have a lot of logs like this below:

We have checked, that switch FAN’s are fully operational (they are blowing air). System LED is blinking amber all time.

Hello Damian,

One thing I do notice is that your boot code has not been updated to match your firmware.  The firmware itself is also one version behind, so I would upgrade that as well.

1.3.7.18 firmware and bootcode is available here:   SG200-50P Downloads

In order to upgrade the firmware you will need some sort of TFTP software.
