SG220-50P stuck in boot mode

I recently purchased a SG220-50P and when powering on the first time, the system led flashes green, and never goes into a steady-state. I have tried using the reset button, as well as a full power cycle, with no results. Did I buy a bad switch? What should I try next?

simply you must set a static ip on mgmt interface and save configuration. blinking led told you that the switch is in factory default mode.

Thanks, I fat fingered the ip address I was using to get to the management IP. Everything is good now!
