Eventually I contacted cisco support and after another factory reset, disconnected all cables waiting for the switch to finish reset and then directly connect to my pc manually configuring the ip to be in the same network as the switch factory ip address. The switch fully resets to default.

@pavelkuzin1990

 First time login in?

No, it was set up and worked fine.
I changed the password a year ago and when I try to connect now it didn’t work so i reset the switch

Did you follow this?

Cisco 250 Series Smart Switches 13

Returning the Switch to the Factory
Default Settings

• To restore the smart switch configuration to the factory default settings:

1. Disconnect the smart switch from the network or disable all DHCP
servers on your network.

2. With the power on, press and hold the Reset button for more than
10 seconds.

Yes exactly as they say

I believe you should repeat the process as it seems the config was not deleted.  If this device have console port and you have console cable that would be another way to try to fix.

I have read it 2 times, iil try another one later.
is the default password or username have any capital letters in?
no console port unfortunately only usb

It is not capital letter ! Lower case.

I made another reset, this time all cabels disconnected. The switch returned to factory IP but still don’t accept defeat username and password.
