sg300-10 fatal errors. Faulty hardware?

Quite randomly I have my sg300-10 crash and I see this in show logging file:

-since the unit went down, have you had the same issue?

- I see that the logs show the fatal error with the 2 newest versions, so for how long has this issue been happening?

-have you tried to do a factory reset and then reupload the config file?

Thanks for getting back to me, I already expected delays with the holiday season, no need to apologize.

Since that day I have had just one more crash. It tends to happen (or I tend to notice it) after changing a setting.

Tomorrow I will try resetting the unit to factory defaults and re-loading the configuration; good tip, I should have thought of that myself ;-)

I have reset the system to default settings using the web ui (reboot, restore to factory defaults), restored the config file, rebooted again, checked that everything was ok.

After that I proceeded to modify a setting, in this case I added public key authentication to ssh. Short after that, the system proceeded to reset itself (cold startup in the log).
