SG300-10MP can't access web interface

Hello,

I am having issues trying to web interface into a cisco SG300-10MP.  I inherited these switches after I was hired.  We have several of these switches throughout our sites.  I have tried IE (compatibility mode), chrome, FF.  The switch is located on a different VLAN then the computer I am using to access them.  I am able to ping the switch.  I also have another Cisco SG300-10P which is located on the same VLAN at the SG300-10MP but I can access that switch just fine.  I had a local person connect directly into the switch and was able to log into the web interface just fine.  Is there a setting some where that would cause this to not be able to logged in on a different subnet?

Hello,

I hope you are doing well. This seems to be a web browser issue then I would advise you to try a different web browser.

If it does not work you can upgrade the firmware version through the console (in case is not updated)

If not we would like to take a look deeply to see what exactly is going on so you can call us to 1-866-6061866  so we can create a case for you and help you out.

Regards,
