I dont know how to solved

thanks for all.

  • I switched to router mode
  • I switched to switch mode
  • I activate the interfaces from 1 to 28
  • save the changes with: wr mem
  • and reloaded.

and nothing happend, it still the same

has anything been changed to your startup or running config? or they are still that short? could you please attach both full configs here?

the running-config (the startup-config is the same)

interesting. please do some more commands and provide outputs:

  • show inventory
  • show vlan
  • show logging

what happen if you do:

  • switchaea275# conf t
  • switchaea275(config)# vlan 10
  • switchaea275(config)# interface vlan 10
  • switchaea275(config-if)# name testvlan
  • switchaea275(config-if)# exit
  • switchaea275(config)# int gi 1
  • switchaea275(config)# no shutdown
  • switchaea275(config)# switchport mode access
  • switchaea275(config)# switchport access vlan 10

will vlan and switchport configuration appear in running-config?

will be newly created vlan 10 shown in "show vlan" output?

apply that configuration to switchport where active device is connected to see if port state changes to UP - check with "show interface status" command.

The show inventory is:

% Unrecognized command

show vlan gives me:

thats strange. looks like HW issue with port status detection. all ports shown as LINK DOWN even during switch bootup (%LINK-W-Down). Configuration is increasing while you entering it.

do next:

  • switchaea275(config)#int range GigabitEthernet 1 - 28
  • switchaea275(config-if)# switchport mode access
  • switchaea275(config-if)# exit

save config and reload. check in which exact stage the switch system LED start flashing (what is actually shown in boot). after boot check if anything get improved.

if everything same, then do another upgrade, but now to version: Release 1.3.5.58

I put the commands and reloaded,

1. The switch system LED start flashing at the begining, afetr says

**************************************************
***************** SYSTEM RESET *****************
**************************************************

and start booting

2. In the boot shows:

but the interface's status are down

Last two options:

  • do another upgrade, but now to version: Release 1.3.5.58
  • do switch reset using Manual reset procedure described here.

if either option did not fix your issue, then we have to conclude that your flash memory is corrupted and you can ask for HW replacement if your unit is still under warranty.

I upgraded to the 1.3.5.58 but the message:

***********************************************************
***********************************************************
** Boot version is incompatible with the system image. **
** Some new features have been disabled. **
** Please update to newest boot version. **
***********************************************************
***********************************************************

appeared again.

I can't make the Manual reset because

Step 2. Hold the Reset button on the switch for 15 to 20 seconds until all the port LEDs light up. The switch now reboots.

- The port Leds doesn't light up never (but there are not burned out because it light up when I plug the Switch)

Step 3. Connect your PC directly to the switch using an Ethernet cable.

- I can't connect a PC to the switch because all the ports still down so it don't have connectivity

So maybe the flash is corrupted

Thanks for all the time Michal, I appreciate it a lot and I also learned a lot

Thanks

the file "image-2" seems suspicious to me. it has high size (~19 MB) which is far away from usual SG300 firmware size (~7.5MB). This really could be caused by wrong boot code causing corruption of flash filesystem. If removing "startup-config" (following with switch reload) did not helped you to fix, then you can try to remove "image-2" and perform reboot. Hope that "image-1" get selected and booted. Otherwise new (older) software image has to be uploaded to switch using XMODEM.
