Have a small closed network used for IPTV and the players are being assigned IP's via DHCP on the core switch. I then have two edge switches that are configured as relay's. This seems to work fine to start with.
After a reboot or sometime the clients are unable to get address from the core or two edge switches. If I look in the binding list the addresses have expired. The lease is set to infinite but I have also tried 1 year, there is only 1 VLAN with 1 Pool of about 100 addresses there is only about 24 clients in total.
To resolve I have to delete the scope and recreate it, even clearing the lease list doesn't mean the clients get an address.
I can't work out why it does this, I have updated the switches to latest version of firmware and it still is happening.
