SG350X - One of two 10GBit LAG ports is always on standby

Hello,

we have two new switches, a SG350X-48 and a SG350X-48P. On both i have configured a LAG with the two 10GBit Ports (XG1/XG2)

But one port is always on standby. what can be the reason for that?

On both is the same firmware i flashed 3 Weeks ago.

sorry. the installation cable was the problem. one pin was not connected.
