Replacing all the cisco stack cables did not help.

Hello,
My name is Rozana and i am an engineer from the SMB team.
I see that you are facing stack issues in your ring topology.
Could you please test if you will have the same issue using a chain topology?
Also i think it would be best if you call our support line, so we can create a case and troubleshoot your issue.
Regards

Hello,
Changing topology to chain did not resolved the issue.
Also I tried to change stack mode to basic-hybrid, but it did not help to.

Hello Again,
Then i think we should create a support ticket and view the show tech outputs and logs.
Also you mentioned you changed the Cisco Stack cables - what do you use?
Regards
