SG500x-25p how use all 4 optical ports?

hello cisco family,

have problem with sg500x-25p switch... have to use all 4 optical G porta but work only G1 and G2. switch is configured as stackable L3 switch.

is tis possible?

The default status of XG3 and XG4 is stack ports.
If you need the ports to function as regular ether ports, you need to change the status from stack port to regular port. In this case this switch cannot be stacked with other switches.
