SG500x - Multiple policy restrictions

Hi everyone. I've question about multiple policy restrictions. Allready checked google and cisco communities - didn't found anything special.
The case is:
I've a test environment based on SG500x. There are 2 accounts (admin) and (backup) with password aging.
Is there a way to keep password aging for admin ON, and password aging OFF for the backup account?

I've simmilar problem like https://supportforums.cisco.com/discussion/11498616/disable-password-expiration-requirement-sg300 but a little bit different configuration.

Meanwhile 2 question (i hope that it's not necessary to create second ticket).
Is there an option to set low privilege to an account with enabling only few commands? Like enabling to "test" account only "show current config"
I've allready found some community topics, but its not working on the SmallBusiness software.

Thanks for help.
