Hello,

In my current setup i need traffic coming into ports from my Vlan 3 with IP like 168.133.1.xxx to access data on my nas that located in Vlan 4 with  an IP 192.168.4.100

All ports are set as Access ports.

The switch is setup to have an IP interface of 168.133.1.254 in Vlan 3 and 168.168.4.254 in vlan 4

What route i need to add?

If you need more information just ask

Hi

Presumably the switch is in Layer 3 mode already?

If so, you don't need to configure anything as the switch should route between the VLANS assuming the default gateway and subnet mask is set correctly on the hosts. i.e. hosts in Vlan 3 have a default gateway of 168.133.1.254 and the same subnet mask as the VLAN3 interface has on the switch.

From one of the hosts on VLAN3, can you ping the following:

  1. The default gateway on this VLAN, i.e. can you ping 168.133.1.254?
  2. The default gateway on the other VLAN, i.e. can you ping 192.168.4.100

Similar to the Catalysts, as long as the Switch is in L3 mode it will route traffic between directly connected subnets by default.

Thanks
