Hi! I have configured two SG550XG-8F8T switches in a stack and done most of the configuration using the web interface and some using SSH. This morning, I updated the firmware from 2.0.0.73 to 2.2.0.66 and after that I've only been able to access the stack using SSH. When I access the switch using https (I've configured a certificate) I see the login page, however no matter what I enter in the username and password fields I get the following error in my SSH session, the https session eventually says "Server doesn't respond", and I don't get access with https:
09-Aug-2016 14:31:06 %HTTP_HTTPS-E-GOHDFIELDSIZE: GOAHEADG: Received illegal length (573) for field (websParseFirst: malformed packet) in HTTP request.
I've tried multiple browsers, and I also tried reloading with the original firmware, but that didn't bring the https interface back. Unencrypted http access has the same problem.
I'm not afraid of the command line interface, but it'd be nice to get the https interface back again. Any ideas?
The configuration is attached. The switches are not yet in production, so I can make experiments the next couple of days.
Best,
Rasmus Borup Hansen

I have exactly the same problem, do you have news/workaround about this "bug"?
Thanks

Hello Rasmus,
I hope you are doing well, my name is Jonathan and I am part of Cisco's small business department.
it seems that you already fixed the problem, just in case we usually recommend to do a factory reset on the unit after the firmware upgrade, you can create a backup config file and then apply the reset to factory defaults, after that you can upload the file.
-If you have any problems feel free to contact us back. thanks

Hi jonrodr2
Our problem is not solved and we already do a factory reset with importing the config file. Connection with SSH works, but we don't have a webinterface. Also we installed the newest firmware in the last days, the same problem.
Thanks
Patrice
