SGE2010P - Connectivity issues

Hi,

We have 3 SGE2010P all set up as layer 2 switches with no DHCP, no VLAN configuration. They are just acting like switches. We are a small office of about 100 people so there is no need for me to configure anything on the switches. I have a problem where clients will lose connectivity for a short amount of time (say maximum of 10 seconds). The network cable will give no indication that it has been unplugged and I have even tested it being directly connected to the switch (not running through the internal cables) and still the same problem. Some clients just wait it out for that short period and it comes good, but others will have to remove the network cable and then plug it back in straight away. It doesn't appear to be affecting everyone however.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

I am still getting these issues. Is there some way I can check on the switch to see if a port is getting hammered or something?
