Is there a way to show interface overruns? I wish they'd use the same syntax as on their enterprise switches.

Hello Patrick

the most detailed statistics output on SGX00 switches what I found is "show interfaces counters interfaceName ifNum". But neither of counters mentioned here are related to overruns. Hope you found this as well. I am afraid that there is no else command implemented which provides statistics about overruns.

If your switch is still under warranty then I would suggest you to open case to Cisco SMB support and ask for this feature.

There may be an expanded counter using SNMP. In most cases ETHERLIKE-MIB contains most counter types. I know for IOS OLD-CISCO-INTERFACES-MIB certainly contains overrun counters but I do not believe most of this has been carried over in to the MIBS on the SMB platforms.
