We have two network switches - SRW2024 and SRW248G4.The version presented on the SRW2024 rear panel - v1.1, and at SRW248G4 version is not specified. Via telnet, they show the following version information:
SRW2024
Boot version: 1.0.0.03
Software version: 1.0.0.86
Hardware version: 00.00.03
SRW248G4
Boot version: 1.0.0.06
Software version: 1.0.0.61
Hardware version: 00.03.01
Tell me please, what version of firmware needed for these switches, if I need to update the boot code?

Hello and good morning,
The answers you seek can be found via this link:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps9989/index.html
For each model, you can see the firmware and latest releases for the version of switch. Also, please note the release notes can be found via this link.
Do please respond with any questions. Kindest regards and have a great day,

I read these documents, but unfortunately did not understand them, do I need to make some additional steps, besides updating the firmware the latest version published on the site (for example - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/switches/ps5718/ps9967/ps9989/SRW2024_V1_1_V1_2_Firmware.zip for my SRW2024 V1.1).
In addition, the web link to release notes for the latest firmware for the SRW2024 is not working - http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/csbms/srw2048/release/notes/SRW2016-24-hw1.2_RN_v1.2.2-tm.pdf.
Besides, I still can not find the version of hardware for SRW248G4 switch on the body it is not specified. Which version of the hardware is version 00.03.01, indicated in a web-interface? V1.0 or V1.1 ?
