Switch CISCO SF300-24PP System LED Flashed in green

I have a cisco switch model sf300-24pp recently I had power outages which caused the switch to shut down unexpectedly. when I started the switch I noticed that its LED indicators of its ports do not turn on and the system LED is shown flashing green.

Why is this happening? is there a problem with my switch?

- The device seems to have lost it's configuration (or the configuration was never saved). Try accessing it from the default ip address, 192.168.1.254
