Trying to determine cause of seven switches failing, all at the same time - occurring approximately on a weekly basis.

SF300-48 48-Port 10/100 Managed Switch Flash Memory log from this morning:

Appears to have failed, then rebooted, failing twice more.

The remaining switches all have similar logs, failing and rebooting within 3-4 minutes of each other.

thats too few information in order to recommend or even think about possible issue - even more if they are all crashing in row (as per your description). the best would be to raise service request to Support - Small Business Support Center (SBSC) as these crashes are usually not explanatory with only high technical info suited for vendor support.

I was able to manually reproduce this issue by running an nmap scan on the network.

I'm assuming this is a known issue to Cisco...
