Test data going out a port

Hi 

Hope someone can help, cctv engineer here, trying to fault find on a system, 

I have a SG300-28 managed switch.

got about 136 IP cameras going through it.

get alot of picture lag on the system, checked BT Fiber 1G with 100m Ethernet link, 

Ive managed to log into the unit on Chrome, but to honest i wouldn't know what i'm looking for.

gone into Status and Statistics page 

Interface, i can see receive and transmit, is that the area that has my info of data going out to the control room
