The Loopback Detection (LBD) function on SG220 SW

Dear all.

Good day !!!

I have got the SG220 switch and I'm configuration it

But I have a problem about the LBD function.

I already follow the manual guide to setting the LBD :

Step1: Enable Loopback Detection system-wide in the Loopback Detection Settings page.
Step2: Enable Loopback Detection on access ports in the Loopback Detection Settings page.
Step3: Enable Auto-Recovery for Loopback Detection in the Error Recovery Settings page.

And the scenario for test as below :

[Step]

1. Hub-1 port 1 connect to SG220 SW port 1.
2. Hub-2 port 1 connect to SG220 SW port 2.
3. Hub-1 port 8 connect to Hub-2 port 8.

But the Port 1 or port 2 on SG220 is no Shut down.

I don't know Why.
Could you help me to share your experience about this case ?
