The network management software(solarwinds) receives the switch svi port packet message,It report "Interface 'unrouted VLAN 19 - VLAN -' the packet loss rate was 10.647%, the threshold of the monitor is 10%"
But the vlan does not contain any device .because of trunk ports, this svi is up. And there is no traffic in this vlan.
