Trouble logging in with SG350-10P switch

I just received my SG350-10P switch and have powered it on. I'm connected to it via the web browser. When I try logging in with the credentials in the quick start guide (username: cisco, password: cisco), I keep getting told those are the wrong credentials. Anyone else experience this?

- Since it's new try to factory reset it , then try again.

Hi,

I hope you are trying to access the default IP of the SG350-10P switch, 192.168.1.254. If possible, please change the web browser and check. Only connect a PC/Laptop on the switch directly and try to access the switch using the default credentials as mentioned on the quick start guide.
