Unknown connection in TCP Service Table

morning, likely a newbie question, I have realized there's a connection I do not identify in my SG350-28P from its local port 53297 to a remote IP in AWS (18.205.166.131) port 443. Is this maybe some service within the Switch that I never realized earlier about?

ignore, silly me. It is PNP and IP is from devicehelper.cisco.com
