VLan setting SG 550

Hi there

I am stuck in this elementary situation.

I dont have access cable console only via remote destok client

A single path provider

The Dhcp LAN router is operational, however I am unable to access the SG500 default IP either HTTP or Putty (connecting distant deskotp clients).

Te pc i am conecting remote destok is in port 22 on the cisco sg  manual ip

Sufijo DNS específico para la conexión. . :
Vínculo: dirección IPv6 local. . . : fe80::ae1e:5701:9c3f:2de0%19
Dirección IPv4. . . . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.1.20
Máscara de subred . . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
Puerta de enlace predeterminada . . . . . : 192.168.1.1

When I turn off DhCP on the router, I am able to access Sg500.

Where is the issue? The plan is to link a Meraki AP (dhcp active) to a connected GSG 500 router via VLAN 1 for internet connectivity.

Port 24 .

As for myself, I intend to build an  vlan 2 for connecting tablets, for instance. nonetheless, I lost the Connection router after configuring the IP.

THe idea now is creating a new vlan for example 2 new on the  sg 500 for conecting

From x vlan give internet conexion  where is conectingf a ap meraki

other vlan only without internet conexion via static

  - You mean you are unsure of the effective address of the device ?
If so connect it to an IOS switch and issue the command show cdp neighbors detail
then look at the device info at the port it was connected to , you will so see it's current address ,

  - The overall problem is still unclear for me; are you unable to access the sg550 ?
