Hello,

kindly i need your help to figure out is 10g SFP+ (Cisco SFP-10G-LR) compatible with 2960x-24ts, and does 2960x-24ts support 10g or not ?

Unfortunately not, because the switch model you have has builtin uplink interfaces, which are only 1Gig SFP and that can't be replaced with a 10Gig. Overall, 2960x series switches uplinks are not modular, meaning when you purchase a switch, you have to make sure you get the right uplinks (1 or 10gig) with it. Sorry!

Hi,

See table-6 in this link. The "2960X-24TS-L" only support 4 SFPs (1Gig). There is no 10Gig support.

thank you for your reply, is there a solution that i can make in order to be able to use 10g SFP+ on 2960x-ts, like to install C3KX-NM-10G on the switch?
