1841 router get hanged

Hi, I have 1841 router with 32 MB flash card. While booting router stopped after this line

'Port Statistics for unclassified packets is not turned on'

The router has Cisco IOS Software, 1841 Software (C1841-IPBASE-M), Version 12.4(3i), RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc2)

need urgent support on this issue.

Hey Mark,

Does the router stop booting each time at this same spot?  If possible, try to break into ROMMON using 'Ctrl+Break' and change the configuration register to 0x2142 -

rommon > confreg 0x2142

rommon > boot

Please record the full boot logs when doing this and attach them once complete if the router still fails to come up.  Has this router ever booted up successfully and if so, were any changes made recently before this problem was observed?
