1921 Router and sub interfaces

I am designing a new connectivity solution to one of our customers and would like to deploy a couple of pairs of 1921 switches as it is pretty low bandwidth traffic.  Now looking ahead I would like to be able to use the same routers for other/future customers.

I have been going over the myriad of docs for IOS 15.0 but I have not been able to find out if 15.0 allows me to use the same GigE port and trunk it into several sub interfaces on separate VLANs.

Does anyone know if this can be done and, if so, where I can find some documentation on it?

Thanks

Joerg

Hello,

Subinterfaces is a basic feature and should be supported by all IOS releases

on supported platforms. Here is a document that explains how to create

subinterfaces.

Hope this helps.
