Hi,
i have a router A 2900 with one interface configured as sub-interface to vlan 200, on cisco 3560 layer 3 switch.
can i add another sub-interface with different subnet and vlan to connect to another router B, with that router B as gateway. On the same switch and still communicate between routers and subnets

Not sure what you mean.
Do you mean have another vlan/IP subnet common to both router A and B and then have a default route on router A pointing to router B ?
If so yes, that should work. If you mean something else please clarify.
As an aside you could do the routing on the L3 switch but that may not work with your setup.

yes, i have router A ,vlan200 for video conferencing i need to connect to router B vlan for another video conferencing system on my switch.
i was thinking of adding router B subnet & vlan to my setup and communicate the 2 vlans
Can my router or the subinterface i will configure be part of router B subnet with B being the gateway
