2 routers 2611XM no ping between hosts in each router

I've set up a simple lab network of two cisco routers 2611XM and to each router I've attached a computer (host). I have set up a dhcp ip addresses for each host. I've set up a correct routing as well on each router. There are 3 networks:  192.168.1.0/24 192.168.2.0/24 192.168.3.0/24 The first network between the first host and first router, second is between two routers and third is between the second router and second host. If I use first host (192.168.1.20) I can ping to any ip address (192.168.1.1 (router 1), 192.168.2.1 (router 1), 192.168.2.2 (router 2), 192.168.3.1 (router 2)) except the second host ip address which is 192.168.3.20. When I sit on the second host (192.168.3.20) i can ping to 192.168.1.1 (router 1), 192.168.2.1 (router 1), 192.168.2.2 (router 2), 192.168.3.1 (router 2) but i can't ping to the first host which is 192.168.1.20.  I've even tried with attaching a switch to a router and assign it an ip address of 192.168.1.3 and the ping was echoing to it. Please help me with that probpem.

I don't have any firewall on both hosts.  I want to add as well so more info about that, when I sit on router 1 (192.168.1.1) I can easili ping to the host attached to that one so 192.168.1.20. The same with the second router (192.168.3.1), it pings clearly with its host (192.168.3.20).

It was so easy I've configured the NIC as Home or Work and now its pinging Thank you.

Hi,

there is another issue with that connection. Two hosts are pinging to each other but when I want to see shared folders or files I can't. In network places there is only one host. For example in network places of host 1 there is only host 1 and the same thing with host 2. I've tried with DHCP addresses assigned from both routers and a static assignment too. I can view the contents of those host for example when I connect them to one switch and disconnect the router from that switch. With router connected to the switch there is the same issue. So in my opinion there is something with the routers config but I can't find what exacly.
