220 Switch Error at startup and restarts every few hours

Hi All - I purchased a CBS220-24t-4G switch a couple weeks back and have been unsuccessful at resolving these two issues. When starting up the switch after the system states Starting Kernel... I receive the following error: "unknown rt error f030". Has anyone experienced this? I updated the firmware and still have this error as well as the switch reboots itself every couple of hours.

 - Smells like a (starting) hardware problem;  if the firmware is up to date , you could resort to a factory reset (attempt) save configuration first though and restore config afterwards , check if the problem remains. Also make a full power cycle included ,
