Hi,
Open a TAC case with Cisco. Since it is under warranty, you can RMA it.
I am not sure what shared support is.

can i have direct case with TAC.as we bough our Campus Lan Switching from Partner,Please advise me how to get Directly through TAC Instaead of Partner

It does not matter if you purchased from partner or directly from Cisco. If you still have warranty, you can open a TAC case and provide the S/N and RMA it back. For TAC case, you do not need to go through the partner, you can directly go to Cisco.com and open a case.
You need to have a CCO acount

If yo do not have a CCO account, go to link I provided you earlier, then click on open a support case, and then click on register as a new user and go from there. You need to provide a service contract number at some point and that comes from your sales rep or whomever you purchased the devices.
