2960 stack upgrade

unable to upgrade 2960 x switch to c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.E6.tar.getting below error

Could not buffer tarfile...using multiple downloads
examining image...
%Error opening tftp://10.10.4.113/c2960x-universalk9-tar.152-7.E6.tar (No such f ile or directory)
%Error opening flash:update/info (No such file or directory)
ERROR: Image is not a valid IOS image archive.

Hi

 It seems that you are trying to execute the file from a TFTP server directory. Right? But the switch is not find the file or the directory.

I think is a better idea to transfer first the IOS to the switch and then run the file. Is possible to do both way but it is safer transfer first and run after.
