2960 switch not boot and not console output

Hi

I have a Cisco Switch 2960 and not boot. Only SYST LED are always green and the POST test not run. With a serial cable connect, don't output everything for HyperTerminal.

Please help me to solve this problem.

Hi sounds like its dead and needs to be RMA , did you try another emulator and different console cable to be sure its not a connection issue or check does it work fine in another switch , if its not booting at all and you have no access it needs to be replaced , does it sound as if its booting internally fans etc or do you only get a sys led
