2960 switch with RPS-2300

Hi,

I have a WS-C2960G-48TC-L switch and would like to replace the faulty RPS. The question is, do I have to power down the switch first?

**Only the 3750E and 3560E devices can revert to their own power without rebooting.

Please provide output of sh env rps.
