2960 web browser console showing text only.

Im trying to do initial configuration on a 2960. as i go through 10.0.0.1 it is showing differently, I am using windows 8. How to solve this please?

Console into the switch and post the complete output to the command "dir".
I suspect the HTML files are either missing or in the wrong directory.

I have identical switch, purchased together, other one is showing web console normally.
