Hi,
It appears you have memory issues with this device. If you have 2 other device the same as this one and the IOS is the same for all 3, than I would open a ticket witch Cisco and RMA this one.

Is there anyway to confirm this through the CLI?

12.2(55)EX3
Be aware that the IOS you are using is classified as an Interim Software. The main objective is to get this model working temporarily while the IOS is still being developed. It is NOT designed to be used in long-term production.
I would recommend you consider upgrading to 15.0(2)SE4. Do not attempt to download and use other IOS, such as 15.0(2)SE5 or 15.2(1)E or 15.2(1)E1 or you'll be left in tears.

But the other two are not experiencing the problem, do you think the IOS could be causing it?

Not sure. The only time you'll find the "EX" IOS in our premises is when the appliances are in a newly-delivered sealed box. I won't and don't have the "EX" IOS anywhere in my network.

After upgrading the IOS it seems like it has stopped crashing
