I have a stack of 4 2960s-48FPD-L's. The 4th is the Master. I've had some issues out of the stack recently and TAC advised me to upgrade to the latest stable IOS. So I attempted to do that last night. Everything seemed to be going swimmingly, until the upgrade took an hour and then no reboot, and no confirmation that it finished. Upon show boot, I now only see 3 switches, and show ver only shows 3 switches, yet show switch detail says the stack is just fine and shows the 4th as the master still.
The stack never went down however, it's as if the upgrade stalled on the 4th switch. The show boot indicates that the 3 others switches will boot with the correct IOS.
