2960X dead PSU?

I have a number of remote 2960X units which are connected to a Cisco RSP2300 unit for power redundancy.

I noticed that one of the switches is being powered by the RPS unit. I have rebooted it, and it continues to show it's being powered by the RPS.

I have run the command show env power and it's returning this:

SW: 1

PID: Built-in 

Serial#

Status

Sys Pwr: Unavail

PoE: 

Pwr Watts: 

Would that Sys Pwr: Unavail indicate the PSU has gone?  Is there any other way to remotely check this?

Hello Fred,

I would suggest to ask someone on site to check if the power cable is plugged in, and if electric power is available on the line it connects to.

As far as I know the firmware in a power supply is minimal just able to provide serial number and how much power it can provide.

From remote I am afraid it is not possible to know more.
