2960x Intervlan Routing

So I'm creating a stack w/ 3 2960x units, 2 WS-C2960X-48TD-L switches and 1 WS-C2960X-48LPD-L.  Doing a "sh license" and they all have the lan base license like I expected, but I am able to issue a "ip routing" command and have confirmed intervlan routing works if I create multi SVI's and assign the switch as my gateway.  They are all running 15.0(2)EX5.  I thought intervlan routing required the XR w/ ip-lite, or is that just for dynamic routing?  If so, I can use the 2960x an inter-vlan routing and a static default route.

You sure can. Check the Cisco Feature Navigator and filter by "IP Routing" and then look at the CAT2960X platform. The LAN Base license of 15.0(2)EX3 (they haven't listed EX4 or EX5 on there yet) has IP Routing for both IPv4 and IPv6 available. Dynamic routing isn't there, so your thinking appears to be correct with respect to the XR units.
